

Nigeria: FIRS grants tax amnesty to defaulting companies which pay outstanding taxes
On October 5, 2016, the Nigerian Federal Inland Revenue Service (“FIRS”) issued a public notice granting a three year tax amnesty to defaulting companies (the “tax amnesty program”).
